Leaving sac now, plan to be in redding before 11pm

Sacramento Regional Science & Engineering Fair / Expo Saturday, March 14, 2015

Just one day before we depart for Sacramento for the Synopsys Science & Engineering Fair/Expo!

Getting ready!

When should I Arrive at APL? 
5:00AM. THIS SATURDAY! The bus will LEAVE promptly at 5:30AM!

What should I wear?
Due to possible rain pack an umbrella and a change of shoes or clothes if you like.

Those presenting should be in their business attire. 
All others casual attire: see more below:
Young Men: button down collared shirt, tie, slacks, pants, NO JEANS. Pack a jacket
Young Ladies: blouse, sweater, pants, or dress (Modest wear). Pack a jacket

Smart casual business attire, just a step down from traditional, consists of:
Men: sports jacket with tie, dress pants, button down or traditional business shirt or nice turtleneck, dress shoes, and attractive accessories as described in traditional business attire.
Women: jacket or dressy sweater, dress pants or skirt, blouse, shirt, top or turtleneck, dress shoes, and accessories

Business casual attire consists of:
Men: khakis, dress, or Dockers-type pants, shirts or golf-type shirts with collars, sweaters, vests, occasionally an informal jacket and tie, and attractive leather shoes and accessories.
Women: nice pants or skirts, blouses, tops, sweaters, vests, occasionally an informal jacket, and attractive leather shoes and accessories.


What to bring: 
SNACKS, something to eat on the bus on the way down. 
Phone and charger.
Spending money is optional there is a snack bar, and a stand for T-shirts, pins, etc.
If you bring other electronics or
personal items the school, the fair, or the charter bus is not responsible for loss, theft or damages.

What will I eat? 
Lunch and Dinner are provided, no cost to you!
Pizza and Salad for Lunch 
Choice of 1 of 4 different entrees for Dinner
